Ariel Khadr

Ariel Khadr has been a sponsored athlete and IFBB Fitness Pro model since 2007. At 16, she started taking part in fitness competitions, after quitting gymnastics. Her Professional Card was awarded a year later at the age of 17, she was a professional athlete. Ariel Khadr is an IFBB Fitness Pro model for competition and sponsored athlete. At the age of 16, she began taking part in fitness events after she quit gymnastics. A year later, at the age of 17 she was awarded her professional card. Thus becoming the most youthful IFBB Pro in history. Ariel took six year off from stage life after obtaining Pro-Card to finish her college studies. After completing her college education Ariel came back in the year 2015. She continued where she left off in previous events, such as her participation in the Toronto Pro Supershow and Mr. Olympia. The contest lasted for several years following her debut, setting herself higher goals each year. She also won four fitness championships by the close of the year. This included the 2009 NPC Team Universe Fitness Nationals Champion, which made her one of the most youthful IFBB Fitness Pro in history (aged 17). Ariel was able to take 6 years to finish her education following her Pro Card award. She made a comeback in the month of October, 2015 when she made her debut IFBB Fitness Pro in Phoenix Europa Games. Phoenix Europa Games. The show was a success and she finished third. In summer 2016, she took home the IFBB Toronto Pro Supershow and in the process, qualified for Fitness Olympia. She stepped on the Olympia stage three months later taking her place 6th in the Fitness Division. Ariel with absolutely no expectations when she entered and was thrilled by her performance. Ariel was competing against the top athletes. Ariel continues to improve her physique. Ariel enjoys working out on your lower back. The typical back workout for Ariel consists of lat pulldowns with a single arm and pullups using machines, as well as bent-over rows. Warming up is usually done before an actual training. Ariel makes the best use of her limited time. Her routine for back exercises is comprised of 3 or more supersets, each comprised of between 10 and 12 reps.
