Annmarie has 30 years experience as a Human Resources leader. She has worked in a variety of industries and teams of leaders to achieve objectives for business, particularly when there was rapid change and growth. Annmarie is a respected advisor who has helped translate enterprise goals and strategies to human and business strategies through engaging employees and managing change. She is passionate about learning and believes that team building and leadership as the ultimate advantage. Through her work with Fortune 500 and smaller companies she's developed and guided leaders who proven their effectiveness and delivered results. Her work helped to develop cultures in companies that promote learning and innovation. Annmarie has been inspired to share her expertise and time to support Learning Ally's mission. In her spare time she provides assistance to a number of non-profit organisations. The Castell Project Leadership Development Committee is just one. The goal of this committee is to train women to be leaders. They also offer education and support to Hospitality Healthcare Network, an association of professional members in North America.
