Luciana Paoluzzi lived in Rome in Italy, where she was raised by both her parents. Luciana Paoluzzi had a father who retired as an Italian soldier and a mother Maria Rota Paoluzzi. She was also the mistress with Benito Mussolini. There are no known siblings. She attended a local high school. Upon matriculating in 1955 she studied naval engineering at the Scientific Academy of Milan - Luciana was the sole female in the class. Luciana began as a fashion model after just two years. Her career changed soon following, and by luck, she was offered her first acting role in Three Coins in the Fountain. Brett Halsey was the first person she was married. He is an actor. They completed Return to the Peyton Palace following their wedding in 1960. Luciana had custody of Charles, born 13 June 1961. They divorced one year later. Between 1962 and 1970 Luciana was with Tony Athony, who was an actor and producer. He was influenced by her work in the film Green Slime and based on his script and production of the mix Spaghetti Western for which he was a bit of a hit.
